Orders are currently only open to residents in the United States. All orders will be shipped using the medium flat rate packages through USPS. All rates will be derived directly from USPS and there will be no margin added on top. The rate is determined by the dimensions of the box. All packages will be dropped off to USPS within 1-2 business days. USPS will take between 1-3 business days to deliver the package.

Due to the extreme limited, custom, and unique nature of these items. Free returns and exchanges will only be accepted for defective products. Please check a sizing chart to verify that you have ordered the correct size before placing your order. Each item is numbered and unique, therefore, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping will be required for any returns that are not part of the following list:
- Wrong design, size, or color received
- Defective item with regards to embroidery, fabric, etc.
